The North Beach master plan design seeks to jumpstart a lively urbanity by creating beach serving pedestrian environments with a design language that is inspired by the nearby historic Ole Hanson beach club.
The project includes the revitalization and reuse of several historic buildings, a large new mixed use development with below grade parking, and grand beach hotel.
